I have 50.5 more lbs to lose to get to my ideal weight. Remember, I am 5′ 6 inches tall.
The last time I typed in my weight on a blog post was in January. I know if I’m going to hold myself accountable I need to do it more often.
I pleased with the 180.5 because it tells me that I’m going down. I’ve been on this up and down battle with my weight. It’s like a roller coaster. I can’t wait to get to a point where I don’t have to ride that bad boy again.
I’ve come up with a new game to play. I like to make things up as I go along until I find something that keeps me interested.
1 Mile of the treadmill running .25 miles daily until 175 lbs.
1 Mile of the treadmill running .50 miles daily until 170 lbs.
1 Mile of the treadmill running .75 miles daily until 165 lbs.
1 Mile of the treadmill running 1 mile daily until 160 lbs.
2 Miles of the treadmill running 1 mile daily until 155 lbs.
2 Miles of the treadmill running 1.25 miles daily until 150 lbs.
2 Miles of the treadmill running 1.75 miles daily until 145 lbs.
2 Miles of the treadmill running 2 miles daily until 140 lbs.
3 Miles of the treadmill running 2 miles daily until 135 lbs.
3 Miles of the treadmill running 2.25 miles daily until 130 lbs.
Along with all that running I plan on doing:
100 crunches
100 leg squats
100 arm curls
I may have to increase those give or take
