So last week I started hitting it pretty heavy at the gym with my SIL Kim.
We are going every Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri.
It’s nice to be able to have somebody to work out with at the gym.
Makes it more enjoyable.
Makes it so the time goes by faster, too.
I am frustrated with my weight.
It always seems as though I look bigger than I actually do in photographs.
I’ve got to get back down to more of a happy weight.
I also need a new scale.
I know I need a new one because Friday when I stepped on the scale it said I was 178lbs.
Then it said I was 177, then 174, then 175, then 176, and then back to 177lbs.
All that was done in a matter of 5 minutes.
So yeah, I need a new scale.

I have been getting on the treadmill. I am with ya in the need to get to a happier weight.

My scale is like that too. I can work out and think the next morning that I feel better and I get on and it says that I lost 5Ibs, and then I turn the scale and it says that I have gained 2. LOL
I started using our Bow Flex again. Hopefully I will get toned up here pretty soon.
