The smoked Salmon at Mama Kim’s house was to die for thanks to my brother-in-law Dan. (That would be Don’s brother Dan)
We had smoked sausage, smoked turkey, smoked chicken, some corn bread, ceviche, and all sorts yummy flavorful things to eat. I could not stop munching.
Everything was so good it’s really hard for me to pick a favorite. I would have to say that usually Salmon is quite fishy for my taste but this time it was to die for. It didn’t taste like fish to me at all. What made it even more appealing was the fact that I knew deep down I was eating something healthy.

That’s me and Mama Kim up there.
We are lucky we married two guys that could give the food network a run for their money. They can COOK and GRILL all sorts of good stuff.
So hanging out with family is what we like to do on the 4th of July. Did you have a nice 4th of July weekend? How did you spend your time?
Leave a comment OR post a trackback… I’d love to hear from you.
