I wonder if Michael Jackson really believe that he was immortal?
I’m not surprised by some of the answers to the questions. When I hear people say things that they are not sure of, it makes me sad.
I know where I’m going when I die. I know it would have never been possible had it not been for the shed blood of Christ.
Without Christ we will surely lose.
I know people that think they are going to heaven because they believe deep down they are good people that have done good things for others. Unfortunately we can’t work our way to heaven.
We can only get to heaven and live internally via Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Without that fundamental belief we will surely die even after our appointment with death has concluded.

You’ve got a very nice blog here! I’ve bookmarked it and as soon as I get around to registering with some rss feeder I’ll go with that too.
In the meantime, I understand what you mean about faith versus works. I have had some discussions along those lines with my mother, and she remains convinced that because she’s been a good person, she’s going to heaven. I’m going to keep working on her though, since this is too important to back down.

It’s nice that you are talking to your Mom about going further than just being a good person. Do you live close to your Mom? Do the two of you get along? Do you have any sibling believers? I’d sure love to hear more about your life and how you came to know the Lord.
