Weigh In Wed: 179

You know your fitness is starting to work out for you when you can feel your body is morphing into something new and different. It’s been so long it’s kind of like making a new friend.

  • Feb 3rd – 1.0 mile on the treadmill
  • Feb 4th – 2.7 miles on the treadmill
  • Feb 5th – Break
  • Feb 6th – Break
  • Feb 7th – Tandem Training
  • Feb 8th – 8.8 miles in spin class & 0.5 miles on the treadmill
  • Feb 9th – Break

Every time I exercise I work on abs. The number of crunches I can do keeps increasing too. My trainer says I need to work on push-ups. I have no real upper body strength and she is right. My arms are still so sore from Feb 7th’s tandem training session.

One day last week I had stepped on the scale. The scale said that I was 179. I was pretty happy about that because it felt like I wasn’t getting under 180 mark. It was a fairly clear 179 too. I’ll take it!
