Weigh In Wednesday 181.8

My Weight Loss Goal = 150

I need to lose 35.0 lbs. I have 31.8 lbs left to lose.

(I still do not know if I’m calculating this correctly lol)

Since last Wednesday I had Tandem Training and worked out 2 times. I was a little bit slacking on working out because I got a really bad cold but I’m much better now. In many ways I am surprised that I went down on the scale because of the fact that I wasn’t able to work out as much.

9.17.2009, Tandem Training. We did something called circuit training. It was interesting but HARD. Our trainer really kicked our butts but as usually it was only in a good way.

9.18.2009, I started feeling sick.

9.19. 2009, I went to urgent care to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. They did a strep test and it was negative. (thank goodness) The doc said that I have a cold that could get better or worse. If it got worse I was supposed to call my doctor to get an antibiotic. It really didn’t get worse, so that’s good.

9.20.2009, Did the responsible thing and stayed home from church. I was still not feeling so well.

9.21.2009, I started getting better. Sudafed seems to do that trick.

9.22.2009, I worked out FINALLY. I ran 1.5 miles without stopping. I did lots of walking around the track with Kim. That’s always a good time. We talk the entire time an that makes the time go by fast.

9.23.2009, Just got home from the gym a bit ago. I ran/walked on the treadmill and then did some of the sit-down bike. I’m zonked. I think I need to take a nap.

    Tomorrow I’m hitting the gym at 9:00 am to do a 1 hour spin class.
