Weigh In Wednesday

Current Weight = 184 lbs

Total Loss = 1 lb

Since Last Week = 1 lb

My Weight Loss Goal = 150 lbs

I need to lose 35 lbs. I have 34 lbs left to lose.

I’m actually teetering between 184 and 185. I was at what I perceived to be 183 but since I was teetering this morning I’ll go ahead and take the 184. A pound is a pound and I’m gonna lose it 1 pound at a time, right?

Last night we took Fiona to her first school sponsored roller skating party. THAT was a GREAT inner thigh workout. I think I pulled something at the gym yesterday so I’m going to have to take it easy at the gym today. Kinsley has a swim lesson this morning and I’m going to hit the 9:15 spin class.

    You are a brave brave woman. I will admit to losing 5 pounds last month, but I am not gonna put my weight on there.
