My Weight Loss Goal = 150

I need to lose 35.0 lbs. I have 33.3 lbs left to lose.

(I don’t even know if I’m calculating all of this correctly lol)

I’m supposed to keep a food journal. I have been writing everything that I consume down. I think I’m going to keep jotting it down on a tablet and then put it in a note pad on the computer. That way I can just print it out and give it to my trainer.

10.9.2009, I did 10 miles in spin class, 30 min of cardio & some crunches.

10.14.2009, I did 10 miles in spin class. I went upstairs and did some crunches on the ball. My trainer wants me to do those every day. She says that is the one area that your muscles can recover from because there are so many muscles that can be worked.

9.15. 2009, I worked out on the treadmill, did some incline work, some weights, some lunges, and overall I was very sore today.

9.16.2009, Because I was so sore today from yesterday I went ahead and skipped spin class this morning. I see the trainer tomorrow and I know she’s going to kick my butt so I want to be somewhat prepared. Today I ran/walked a mile. That means I ran one, walked one, ran one, walked one until I reached that mile marker. Then I did some crunches. I am so sore and so tired. My husband being out of town is making me even more tired. We are so busy. It’s go go go go go.

Tomorrow is Tandem Training. I know she is going to work us hard. I just have to be ready for it.
