5.041 Miles – That’s Right. You got it. I’m not messin’ around any more.

597 Calories Burned Baby – That’s Right. You got it. I’m not messin’ around.

The girls asked me if they could have a Little Debbie for a snack. I told them no. If they want to have a snack they can eat an apple. If they want a Little Debbie they will have to get it from their Dad because I’m not giving it to them.

I was on the treadmill for over an hour. It feels good. I have to do it every day. It’s good for me. It keeps me healthy and on the right track.

I had my mobile phone and my head phones on. I was texting away and listening to some groovy music. I listen to 94.1 hoping to hear some fast music so I can run the songs with a beat and walk the so-so ones.

I heard Big Party from the Big Party Morning Show say on a commercial that the new word of the year according to the Dictionary people is the word: UN-Friend. You know, dealing with social networking sites?

He was talking about how people UN-Friend him all the time on Facebook. I had to laugh at that because people UN-Friend me all the time too. Ha Ha! :]

Love that Miley Cyrus Rockin’ In The USA. It’s what was on when I finished up my workout.

Before I started my workout I was only going to do 1 mile. Then I thought to myself, “why do I want to do only 1 mile when God created me to do better than that?” So I did 5 miles instead. Yeah Baby!
